Reps fix minimum age for presidential aspirants at 35

 

   Future presidential elections in the country may be thrown open to interested Nigerians from the age of 35 and above, if constitution amendment proposals now before the House of Representatives are adopted. The current minimum age for qualification for the office is 40.

Onosode Foundation donates N400 million to Lagos Business School

 

   The Lagos Business School (LBS) has received the sum of N400 million from the Gamaliel and Susan Onosode Foundation (GAMSU ) toward the enhancement of the institute’s research activities.

    The LBS said in a statement in Lagos said that the donation was the second and last tranche of GAMSU’s disbursement in fulfillment of its pledge to the school. It said the donation was given by the Onosode family on behalf of GAMSU, a not-for-profit and non-political organisation.
