Patience Jonathan’s N350m frozen

 

   The Federal High Court in Lagos yesterday granted an order temporarily freezing N350 million allegedly traced to  former President Goodluck Jonathan’s wife Dame Patience. The money is in an account domiciled in Stanbic IBTC, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) said.

Senate approves FG’s $5.5bn foreign loan

  The Senate on Tuesday approved the request of President Muhammadu Buhari to borrow 5.5 billion dollars foreign loan. The loan is made up of 2.5 billion dollars to fund the 2017 Budget and three billion dollars to re-finance the country’s domestic debts.
