The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Muhammed Adamu has reportedly retired all the Deputy Inspectors-General of Police (DIGs).
The affected officers include DIG in charge of Finance and Administration, Maigari Dikko; DIG in charge of operations, Habila Joshak; DIG Information and Communications Technology, Emmanuel Inyang; and DIG in charge of Logistics and Supply, Agboola Oshodi-Glover, the Nation reports.
Others are, DIG in charge of Research and Planning, Mohammed Katsina; DIG in charge of Training and Development, Sani Mohammed; and DIG in charge of Federal Criminal Investigation and Intelligence, Peace Ibekwe-Abdallah. One of the affected DIGs confirmed the retirement to The Nation on Sunday night.
