(BUSINESS) Nigeria’s Trade Surplus N1.44 Trillion In Fourth Quarter Of 2018
Nigeria recorded a favourable trade balance of N1.44 trillion in the fourth quarter of 2018, being 125.5 per cent higher than the record of the third quarter of the year. The Foreign Trade in Goods Report released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), yesterday, showed that during the fourth quarter of 2018, Nigeria’s total merchandise trade stood at N8.61 trillion, down from N9.11 trillion recorded in the third quarter by N460.96 billion or 5.1 per cent.
Analysis showed that the total export component of this trade was recorded at N5.02 trillion, representing an increase of 3.5 per cent over the third quarter of the same year and 28.5 per cent over the corresponding quarter of 2017.

"The Voice" singer Janice Freeman one of Miley Cyrus' favorites on the show is dead. She died Saturday, from an apparent blood clot, her manager confirmed.
Janice's family say she was at home in West Covina with her husband, Dion, when she started complaining she couldn't breathe. Dion called 911 and had to perform CPR on her until paramedics arrived. She was pronounced dead around 5:30 PM at a hospital.

Rochas Okorocha, governor of Imo state, says he has sacked Adams Oshiomhole, chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), for anti-party activities.
Reacting to his suspension from the ruling party by the national working committee (NWC) of the party led by Oshiomhole, Okorocha said the chairman lacked the power to suspend him. He said as a founder of the APC, he could say authoritatively that Oshiohmole was involved in anti-party activities.

Although God was referred to as “our Father” 13 times in the Old Testament, Jesus’ frequent use of this title brought a whole new understanding of our relationship with God. Jesus referred to God as His father over 150 times, and He spoke of God as being our father 30 times. This infuriated the religious Jews of Jesus’ day who considered it blasphemy to call God their father, because they understood that to mean they were equal with God (Jn. 5:17-18).
