Topic: Let the World Know [Kenneth Copeland Devotional 4 January 2020]

Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word…. that they may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me…. – John 17:20-23

Over the years the Church has come up with all kinds of elaborate ways to evangelize the world. We get together and map out plans and strategies and raise money for it. But through it all, we rarely mention the plan that Jesus gave us.

The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? — Psalm 27:1

Today many people are living in the bondage of fear. In a recent study a psychiatrist said that the greatest problem facing his patients was fear. Fear of going insane, committing suicide, being alone, or fear of heart disease, cancer, disaster, or death. We are becoming a nation of fearful people. Down through the centuries in times of trouble, temptation, trial, bereavement, and crisis, God has brought courage to the hearts of those who love Him.

Let those who favor my righteous cause and have pleasure in my uprightness shout for joy and be glad and say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, Who takes pleasure in the prosperity of His servant. – Psalm 35:27, The Amplified Bible

If traditional religion has taught you that God wants you poor and oppressed, I have good news for you today. The Bible says, “God takes pleasure” in your prosperity. God wants you to prosper!

Not just in the financial realm but in every area of your life…spirit, soul and body. No matter where you are or who you are, God wants to see you delivered from every adverse situation.

TOPIC: A HAPPY NEW YEAR [KENNETH COPELAND DEVOTIONAL 1 JANUARY 2020]

TOPIC: A HAPPY NEW YEAR [KENNETH COPELAND DEVOTIONAL 1 JANUARY 2020]
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. – Romans 10:13

Today people everywhere are gathering together to celebrate the first bright moments of the new year.

Yet, for thousands of others, this day will be the toughest 24 hours of their lives. For those people, New Year’s Day will serve only as a dim reminder of loneliness and loss. It will simply mark the beginning of another year of failure.

What about you? What’s this year really going to be like for you?

You may appear to be happy enough. You may be passing out seasonal smiles and holiday greetings just like everyone else. But inside, you may hurt. You may be disappointed. You may even feel like you can’t go on.

If so, I want you to know something. All of that can change in an instant. You can start your life over today and make this New Year’s Day the most joyful day of your life!

Topic: Don’t Speak—Shout Your Victory! [Kenneth Copeland Devotional 31 December 2019]

From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord’s name is to be praised. – Psalm 113:3

Praise God. Praise Him in the morning. Praise Him at noon. Praise Him at night. If you’ve never praised God in your life, then get started right now. Praise Him for freedom. Praise Him for healing and Calvary. Praise Him for the Name of Jesus.

You ought to be shouting your way to work and shouting your way back home! If there’s anything the devil can’t stand, it’s praise.

[Kenneth and Gloria Copeland Devotional 30 December 2019

I have told you these things so that in Me you may have perfect peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer….I have overcome the world. – John 16:33, The Amplified Bible

Jesus said as long as you live in the world, you’re going to have trouble. (I can vouch for that!) But you’re not just in the world. You’re in Jesus in the world, and that makes all the difference. You’re in Him and He’s overcome every kind of trouble there is.

And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord. – Genesis 6:7-8

One of the dirtiest, most damaging lies that the devil ever told you was when he said, “You aren’t important.” Don’t you ever believe that.

Topic: Good Success [Kenneth Copeland Devotional 24 December 2019]

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt…have good success. – Joshua 1:8

Good success is a way of life that comes from being established in the Word of God. It comes from spending so much of your time and your thought life on the Word that it becomes what you and I could call “second nature.” It comes from hearing and obeying the Word so consistently that it begins to guide your actions even when you’re not consciously thinking about it.

Topic: Go When You’re Ready [Kenneth Copeland Devotional 23 December 2019]

With long life will I satisfy [you], and show [you] my salvation. – Psalm 91:16
Did you know that it’s not God’s will for you or anyone to die young? His will for you is to live the full number of your days. You ought to live 70 or 80 years, and if you are not satisfied, live awhile longer! The Bible says that when Abraham died, he died at a good old age, full of years. That’s the way it ought to be with all of us.

Some believers don’t realize that and they’ve gotten themselves in a mess. When they get sick, instead of just believing for healing, they start wondering if it’s God’s will for them to die. Maybe He’s ready to call me home, they think.

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. – Philippians 4:6

Can you really have a merry Christmas even when you have a thousand and one pressures bearing down on you? Yes, you can—and you don’t have to leave the country to do it. No matter how intense or how trivial the problems are that you’re facing right now, you can have the most wonderful, most carefree Christmas season you’ve ever had in your life; and you can start having it today.

Topic: Don't Panic [ Kenneth Copeland 13 December 2019 Daily Devotional}
Roll your works upon the Lord [commit and trust them wholly to Him; He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will, and] so shall your plans be established and succeed.

Proverbs 16:3, The Amplified Bible

Right now you may be on the edge of a major decision...about to make a change in your job or your church or your personal life. You know you need divine guidance. And you're hoping desperately to hear from the Lord.

If that's your situation, don't panic. Being led by the Lord isn't some complicated process that only the spiritual "pros" can master.

I found that out years ago when I was a new believer. I wanted to live in a way that was pleasing to God, but I didn't know how to make decisions that were in line with His will.

Then one day as I was studying The Amplified Bible, I came across Proverbs 16:3. Immediately, I latched on to this verse and began to use it in my life—and I can tell you now from experience, it works!

Topic: Seek God First [Kenneth Copeland Devotional 10 December 2019]

Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. – Matthew 6:33

Whenever Ken and I talk about living by faith, I know there are some people who think, Oh, that’s easy for you. You’re preachers. You have it made! And, in some ways, we do. We have it made because our calling demands that we give God our attention, and giving God your attention always brings success.

But we haven’t always lived that way. In fact, the first time I ever saw Kenneth Copeland, he was about as far from a preacher as I figured you could get. He flew planes and sang in nightclubs. As for me, I was a college girl who said she would never marry a preacher and who had never even heard about the new birth.

Topic – Love: The Secret of Success [Kenneth Copeland Devotional 9 December 2019]
Love never fails. – 1 Corinthians 13:8, The Amplified Bible

Fear of failure. It’s haunted all of us at some time in our lives. Popular psychology tells us to adjust to it. But the Word of God tells us that there is a failure-proof way to live without it. It is the way of love. If you want to know real success, you must learn to be moved and motivated by love. That’s how Jesus was when He was on the earth.

Topic: Talk Like God! [Kenneth Copeland Devotional 3 December 2019]
Whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. – Mark 11:23

Jesus didn’t say, “Whosoever shall speak to God about this mountain.” He said we should speak directly to the mountain the desired end result. From a worldly point of view, that sounds foolish. But 1 Corinthians 1:27 explains that God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise. It’s always going to sound foolish to the world when a Christian talks as if what God has promised is reality, especially when those promises seem to contradict the natural evidence around us. But if you want to keep the enemy defeated, that’s the kind of talking you’d better be doing.

Remember your leaders and superiors in authority, [for it was they] who brought to you the Word of God. Observe attentively and consider their manner of living…and imitate their faith. – Hebrews 13:7, The Amplified Bible

Apart from the Word of God itself and prayer, nothing can do more for you than watching and imitating a real man of faith. I found that out in a big way many years ago when I was a student at Oral Roberts University. As co-pilot on the airplane that transported him and his staff to his healing meetings, I had the opportunity to study Oral Roberts up close. I followed him around. I heard him preach. I watched him lay hands on the sick.

Kenneth Copeland Daily Devotional 25th November 2019- Stir Up the Power

Greatly desiring to see you, being mindful of your tears.... I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you.... For God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
2 Timothy 1:4,6-7, New King James Version
There are times when you know what God has called you to do, but you just don't feel you have the inner resources you need to do it. Somehow you've simply run dry. You know the Word says that "out of your belly shall flow rivers of living water" (John 7:38). But, during those times, you can't even find the creek bank, much less the river.

Topic: Give God the Glory [Kenneth Copeland Devotional 21 November 2019]

Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. – John 15:8

There’s an old Full Gospel tradition that says God gets glory from the wonderful way His children bear pain and agony and that the world is impressed by that. What a lie! That’s simply a tool of the devil to keep God’s children in bondage.

People of the world already have all the pain and agony they want. They aren’t looking for a way into it. They are looking for a way out. They don’t care what you preach. It’s the religious people who get worried about that. The world, the sinners, are smarter than that. All they care about are the results.

Topic: Recall God’s Mercies [Kenneth Copeland Devotional 20 November 2019]

This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope. It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. – Lamentations 3:21-23

God is faithful. He’s full of compassion. His mercies are new every morning. As a believer, you know all that. But simply knowing it is not enough.

Kenneth Copeland daily devotional 18th November 2019- Do You Know What to Ask For?

And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight.

Mark 10:51

All of us know what it's like to go round in circles. To pray our way through one financial disaster only to be met by another. To receive healing for one illness just in time to be knocked off our feet by the next.

Oh, we try. We pray. We exercise our faith. But we keep getting caught in the same old problems over and over again. Why? Because all too often, we don't actually know what it is we need to be praying for.
