BET Africa, part of Viacom’s African multimedia portfolio, today announced nominations for the 2017 BET Awards which will broadcast across Africa on DStv channel 129 (BET), on Tuesday 27 June at 19:00 WAT.
The 2017 BET Awards honours eight leading African artists who are currently blazing up the music scene. Nigeria enjoys a strong representation with Wizkid, who is no stranger of the awards, red hot Tekno, the enterprising Mr Eazi and serial hit maker, Davido, while Stonebwoy (Ghana),AKA (South Africa), Nasty C (South Africa) and Babes Wodumo (South Africa) roundup nominees list for “Best International Act: Africa”.
