   In spite of Cardi B’s overwhelming success, the naysayers and others alike are eager to see the rising artist feud with Nicki Minaj. But Cardi is here to clarify exactly where she stands with the Head Barb.

   Over the past month, the tweets and likes of both rappers have been dissected and interpreted as subliminal disses towards each other. Whether it was Nicki’s boisterous bars on “No Flag” or the hijacking of Cardi’s Twitter account, the rumor mill has been hard at work. Bronx’s fresh femcee talent, however, recently put all allegations of a feud to rest during a red carpet interview at the VMAs.

   On Sunday night (Aug. 28), Cardi candidly told Billboard that she doesn’t “want problems with anybody.” She continued, “I just want to make music and make money. I don’t really have time to look at other women and what they’re doing. I’m myself.” Cardi and Nicki’s alleged beef dates back to March, but most recently rumors reignited when the Barbs thought Cardi was trying to throw jabs at Nicki. It was also alleged that Nicki dissed the newcomer on her track “Swish Swish” with Katy Perry, which the Queens, New York, native refuted in a series of tweets.
