Report filed by Oladunni Churchill, ex-husband of Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, a Lagos State Magistrate Court has stopped her from airing any video of their son, King Andre in her upcoming reality TV show King Tonto.
Tonto Dikeh and Linda Ikeji had earlier announced the premiere of the no-holds-barred reality TV show which that reveals several details about her, including her cosmetic surgeries, more claims of contracting STD’s from Churchill and an insight into the life of her toddler son.
The court, ordering an interim injunction, asked that the child’s name, face, image, likeness and picture not air, show, be disseminated or broadcast either through the television, blogs or the world wide web. Furthermore, Churchill’s lawyer, Anthonette Williams-Chukwu includes Linda Ikeji Media Limited and Linda Ikeji in the suit.
