El-Rufai condemns destruction of military foundation structure in Southern Kaduna

 Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, yesterday, condemned the destruction of the foundation laying structure of the proposed Army battalion Southern Kaduna by unknown persons and described the action as unfortunate.
