JAMB introduces Remita to ease registration process

 

    Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, says eligible candidates for its 2017 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME, can now purchase the pin for registration using the Remita mode.

  Petroleum Tanker Drivers branch of the Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers, NUPENG, has directed members to begin nationwide indefinite strike and shut all loading depots and fuel terminals until further notice.

    A four-day-old baby belonging to a Nigerian lady, Mariam Ohene, was among over 480 migrants rescued by humanitarian ships at the weekend in the central Mediterranean Sea.
