Ooni of ife declares - "I practice all the religions very well"

 

    The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, declared recently in an interview with The Osasu Show that he is a practicing Christian, Muslim & Traditionalist and that he practices all religions very well. The Ooni has truly been seen attending church services and also some traditional activities in Ile-Ife.
According to him,  there is nothing demonic in our ancient traditional religion.

Three killed in bank gun attack in kenya

   Police said attackers shot and killed three people in a raid on a commercial bank in northeast Kenya’s on Friday. Police commander Charles Chacha said that the civilians and a police officer died in the attack in Mandera County.

Pregnant woman, 2 sons killed in Jos building collapse



    A pregnant woman and two of her kids were in the early hours of Wednesday killed after six pillars recently constructed by her neighbour collapsed into her home at Layin Farin Ruwa, Rikkos community of Jos North Local Government Area.  Daily Trust reports that the deceased, 30-year-old Hajiya Binta had died alongside her two sons: three-year-old Muhammadu Auwal and one-year-old Musa, whose lifeless bodies were dug out of the debris by neighbours.  

CCT acquittal: I’ll win again at appeal court, says Saraki


    The Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, has reiterated his earlier position that he remains unperturbed by the decision of the Federal Government to file an appeal against the ruling of the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).

INEC to display 2019 preliminary voters register next week



    Ahead of the 2019 general election, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, will display the preliminary voters’ register at registration centres, next week.
