   The Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Nigeria (CBCN) has released a statement in which they accused President Buhari of not keeping to the promise he made during his inauguration into office in 2015 that he belongs to everybody and to nobody in particular.

Nigerian Army- 'We are not withdrawing troops from Abia state'


 

   The Nigerian Army has refuted claims on social media that it would be totally withdrawing its troops from all roads in Aba and Umuahia. In a statement released yesterday, Brigadier General Sani Kukasheka Usman who is the Director Army Public Relations, said the Abia state governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, while addressing newsmen in the state, said there would be gradual withdrawal and not the total withdrawal of troops.
