LAGOS: Banky W’s Campaign Posters Destroyed, See Adesua's Reaction

 

  On Instagram, Banky shared a photo of his posters which had been ripped to truncate his face and he revealed that it was a sad situation because it cost his team so much to print the posters.

Ogun: 60 parties adopt Amosun’s candidate

 

   60 political parties in the state adopted the APM candidate, Adekunle Abdulkabir Akinlade as their governorship candidate for 2019. The party also formally presented Akinlade and his running mate, Princess Adepeju Adebajo to the people.

Kogi Assembly commends Speaker Dogara over Ajaokuta Steel Company

 

   The Kogi state House of Assembly has commended Speaker of the House of Representatives Hon Yakubu Dogara for his efforts toward reviving and revitalizing the comatose Ajaokuta Steel Company Limited. In a unanimous resolution, the lawmakers recognised the Speaker’s leadership and advocacy in reviving the steel company which has the potentials of generating over three million jobs when fully functional.

Plane Delivering Election Materials Crashes In Congo

 

   The Congolese aviation firm Gomair said its cargo plane which went missing on Thursday after delivering materials for an upcoming presidential election had crashed. Gomair’s financial director, Jean de Dieu Gato Karekezi, said he did not yet have any information about casualties.

No hope for Nigerians with 2019 budget –Saraki



    The Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has said that the 2019 budget presented by President Muhammadu Buhari to a joint session of the National Assembly, on Wednesday, does not offer hope to anyone.
