Andrew Wommack Daily Devotional 30th September- Now, Or Then?

Andrew Wommack Daily Devotional 30th September- Now, Or Then?
John 1:16, 'And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.'

JOHN 1:1-18
The Christian life is not like an insurance policy that only pays off when we die and go to heaven. Every believer has now received the grace of God and the fullness of God. We are now complete in Him (Col. 2:9-10).

Billy Graham Daily Devotional 30th September- Our Greatest Need

Billy Graham Daily Devotional- Our Greatest Need
I stretch forth my hands unto thee; my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land...
—Psalm 143:6
Not long ago I visited the dean of a great American university. We looked out the window of his office and watched hundreds of students walking to their classes. I asked the dean, “What is the greatest problem at this university?” He thought a moment and answered, “Emptiness.” So many people today are bored, lonely, searching for something. You can see it in their faces.

FRUIT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS – BY DAVID IBIYEOMIE

FRUIT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS – BY DAVID IBIYEOMIE

  Our calling goes far beyond the foot of the cross. Our calling does not end at the cross, but begins at the cross.  Our salvation is not the completed work of God but the beginning of what God seeks to do in our lives.

   Philippians 1: 6 -Being confident of this very thing that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ; The word ‘work’ taken from verse 6 comes from the Greek word ergon, which literally means ‘to produce an accomplished product by hand’

Kenneth Copeland Daily Devotional- Compassion in Action

But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd.

Matthew 9:36

Compassion. That’s the one thing people need more than anything else in this world. They need someone to reach out to them with the compassion of God.

OPEN HEAVEN 30 SEPTEMBER 2019 MONDAY THE PRINCIPLES OF GIVING

OPEN HEAVEN 30 SEPTEMBER 2019 MONDAY THE PRINCIPLES OF GIVING
OPEN HEAVEN 30 SEPTEMBER 2019 MEMORISE: As it is written, He that had gathered much had nothing over; and he that had gathered little had no lack. – (2 Corinthians 8:15)
 2 CORINTHIANS 8:9-15 (KJV)

9. For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.

10. And herein I give my advice; for this is expedient for you, who have begun before, not only to do, but also to be forward a year ago.

11. Now therefore perform the doing of it; that as there was a readiness to will, so there may be a performance also out of that which ye have.                               12. For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not. 13. For I mean not that other men be eased, and ye burdened;

14. But by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may be a supply for their want, that their abundance also may be a supply for your want; that there may be equality;

15. As it is written, He that had gathered much had nothing over; and he that had gathered little had no lack.

Giving has always been a debated topic in Christendom. Nevertheless, irrespective of how controversial it has become today, it is still part of God’s mandate to us as Christians. Several passage of the Bible clearly instruct us to give, and several more tell us how rewarding it is.
