The More We Pray, The More We Find Solutions To Nigeria’s Problems: Governor Okowa


   Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, has said that weekend said that he believes that prayers will uplift the state and the nation and bring about solutions. The governor said further that when religious leaders pray, it will have a positive impact on the country and the life of our people in the state.

Okowa said this when Evangelist Rabbi Schneider paid him a courtesy visit in Asaba, adding that “crusades will win more souls for Christ and prayers will be offered for our country and the state. “Prayers of our religious leaders will uplift the country and impact positively on the life of our people in the state.

Drugs made me kill my dad, 20-year-old man says

 

     A 20-year-old man identified as Ikechukwu Munahawu has been arrested after he allegedly beat his 65-year-old father to death. The incident was reported to have occurred at Umuaro village in Ehime Mbano council area of Imo State

   Munahawu who killed his father, Mr. Patrick Munahawu with a broken bottle and spade, said he carried out the crime under the influence of drugs. According to a local police officer at the Ehime Mbano Police Division, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the deceased was hacked to death by his first son after he had an open confrontation with him.
