  Emir of Rano, Dr Tafida Abubakar Ila ll, one of the four emirs of the newly created emirates in Kano State, is dead.

Warri Catholic Diocese Directs Parishioners To Worship From Home

 

   Catholic Diocese of Warri in Delta State has directed catholic faithful to continue to worship with their families from home or follow online daily streaming of masses over the rising cases of the COVID-19 pandemic in the state.

   It said despite the partial reopening of churches by the Delta State Government, catholic parishes in the diocese, would remain shut to public masses until further notice.

Nigerian allegedly commits suicide in Malaysia


    A Nigerian evangelist has died after he allegedly committed suicide in Malaysia. Evangelist Nwabueze Franklin Kelechi, of CRM (Charismatic Renewal Ministries), allegedly died after jumping from his apartment at Skyvilla, Serdang, Selangor in Malaysia. The incident happened on Thursday morning , April 30.

Popular businesswoman, Ronke Funktionals dies

 

   Successful Ibadan/Lagos businesswoman popularly known as Ronke Funktionals, has died. Ms. Ronke, a mum-of-two, was the CEO of a chain of boutiques called Funktionals.  She allegedly slumped inside her car on Friday night in Ibadan, Oyo State.
