I Was An Okada Rider, Says BBNaija Housemate 'White Money'

 


 Big Brother Naija, season 6 housemate, White Money, says he was an okada rider, a commercial motorcyclist. White Money disclosed this during an interactive session with other housemates on Sunday. “I’ve done many things, I ride Okada tire. I do my barbing during the day and ride Okada at night.”

Three arrested for robbing a provision shop in Ogun

 


 Men of the Ogun state police command have arrested three armed robbery suspects who invaded a provision shop and dispossessed the owner of a huge sum of money.

28 More Kidnapped Students Regain Freedom In Kaduna

 


28 more abducted students of the Bethel Baptist Secondary School in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State have regained their freedom.

    The students were found inside the Tsoho Gaya Forest in Chikun Local Government Area of the state in the early hours of Sunday. It is not clear whether the bandits released them for ransom or they were rescued by security operatives or escaped by themselves.

Sunday Igboho to know fate Monday

   


Days after arrest of embattled Yoruba Nation agitator Sunday Adeyemo aka Sunday Igboho at the Cardinal Bernardin International Airport, Cotonou Benin Republic, the legal battle which would determine his release, will be decided on Monday. The 48-year-old agitator has been in the eye of the storm since he was arrested.

   He is being held after he was arrested with his wife on their way to Germany on Monday night. The Nation had reported Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu said Southwest Governors and some other people were working behind the scenes on Igboho’s case.  Some Yorubas residing in Cotonou, Republic of Benin have also expressed optimism over his possible freedom on Monday.

Yoruba nation agitator Igboho appears in court

     


Yoruba nation agitator Sunday Adeyemo (Igboho) on Thursday appeared in a Beninoise court in Cotonou on immigration-related offences.

   He is expected back in court Friday, according to a British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) Yoruba report monitored in Lagos. Information about the nature of the “immigration-related offences” remained scanty last night. The charges against him could also not be ascertained. But he was represented by a Beninoise lawyer, it was learnt.
