Amina Mohammed appointed Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations

 

    Nigeria’s minister of Environment, Amina Mohammed has been appointed Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations by the Secretary-General designate, Antonio Guterres.



   President Muhammadu Buhari thanked her for her service to Nigeria and endorsed her for the position.
