Zamfara State Government says it will upgrade one hospital in each of the 147 wards across the state as part of its commitment to improving primary health care delivery.
The Executive Secretary, Zamfara Primary Healthcare Board, Yusuf Mafara, disclosed this in an interview with newsmen yesterday in Gusau, the state Capital.
He said the project was part of the board’s plan to provide modern primary healthcare facilities in rural communities across the state.
