Gernot Rohr confirms friendly against Senegal



    Super Eagles boss, Gernot Rohrhas confirmed that Nigeria will face Senegal in a friendly game in March 2017.

   The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, have been working hard to get friendly games to prepare the Super Falcons for their 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, and 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
The Super Eagles will face South Africa in June for a Group E qualifiers clash for AFCON 2019 and also have a crucial double header against African champions Cameroon for the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
   Rohr in an interview with the media officer of the Super Eagles, ToyinIbitoye confirmed that the Super Eagles will play Senegal in March in London.
   Rohr also revealed that a second friendly game against Ghana or Morocco will be arranged. He also stressed the need to pay attention to the preparation for the game against South Africa in June and revealed that a possible friendly against Ghana will be used for preparation against the BafanaBafana.
