Luis Enrique ended his stint at Barcelona with a third consecutive Copa del Rey title, after they beat Alaves 3-1 in the finals.
The Catalans scraped past Atletico Madrid 3-2 in the semi-finals in February, with Sergi Roberto and Luis Suarez both sent off.
Barca had a poor start before Lionel Messi opened scoring. Although Theo Hernandez equalized, Neymar netted again to ensure his team went into the break 2-1.
Messi braced up against Paco Alcacer in the second half, to put the game beyond the Basque side.
The win also ensured that Barcelona does not finish the season trophy less.
