Seven months after his inauguration as Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki has appointed 18 commissioners for his cabinet and has sent their names to the State House of Assembly for confirmation.
The 18 commissioner nominees are from the 18 local government areas of the State. The names of the appointees were contained in a letter sent by the Governor to the Speaker of the House, Rt. Hon. Justin Okonoboh, dated June 19, 2017.
