FRSC in Osun State returns money recovered from an accident victim to relatives

 

  The Federal Road Safety Commission, FRSC, in Osun State has returned money recovered from an accident victim to his relatives.



   The Assistant Commander in charge of Ipetu-Jesha Unit, Bello Odebode, who made this disclosure in Ipetu-Ijesa, said that N354,200, which was recovered from the victim had been returned to his relatives.

   The FRSC official said the Commission was saddled with the responsibility of protecting lives and property of the public, especially on highways.

   According to her, the need to return recovered property from accident scenes, shows that the Commission does not hold back whatsoever is recovered.

  Odebode charged other corps commanders of the commission to imitate this good virtue and also be patriotic Nigerians in the course of discharging their duties.
