“As an African, I have to come and see for myself how he was. I am very delighted to see that he is back; very vigorous as always, very engaging on the issues of our day.” Briefing State House correspondents shortly after a brief meeting with President Buhari, the Ghanaian leader said they discussed issues relating to both countries, as well as the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS). He thanked the President for the warm welcome he received, saying he would go back to his country to tell his people Nigeria is well.
