Supreme Court Adjourns Hearing Of Dasuki’s Appeal Till January

Col. Sambo Dasuki, the former National Security Adviser, NSA, to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan still has a long way to go before knowing if he'll walk free or be jailed.

The Supreme Court on Thursday adjourned the hearing of an appeal he filed by him to January 25, 2018. He had filed an appeal before the apex court praying that it compels the Federal Government to release him from custody.

Colonel Dasuki is asking the Supreme Court to compel the Federal Government to obey the bail orders granted to him by the Federal High Court Abuja and obey ECOWAS CCJ Judgement that ordered his immediate release on bail.
