In Uvwie local Government Area of Delta State, Jakpa Road Precisely by Praise Centre, A lady dumped a week old baby by the side of the road and the child was mistakenly crushed by a car at the road side.
Witnesses were not pleased with actions of the mother, though she was not seen as at the the time she committed the act.
