Alexis Sanchez is currently a subject of a transfer tussle between Manchester City and Manchester United this month. The former Barcelona’s play-maker is bent on leaving Arsenal FC and he is setting his mind on Manchester City FC. He has made arrangement for his family memebers to join him in the UK as he want them to be by his side when he finally exits the club.
Arsenal FC are requesting for a fee of £35m for Sanchez while the player’s agent Fernando Felicevich who has been dubbed ‘the king of South American football’ by Forbes magazine, is requesting a fee of £5mto facilitate the transfer.
City have made it known that they are unwilling to meet Felicevich’s personal demands, believing the total package requested by the agent and Arsenal does not represent value for money. But while the club insist they are willing to walk away from a deal this month, potentially leaving United with a clear run, the Blues would rather find an agreement that suits all parties and sign the Chilean before the transfer window closes. Alexis Sanchez’s older brother Humberto, alongside other members of his family arrived at Heathrow Airport on Saturday in preparation for the player’s departure from Arsenal.
It was reported that Alexis Sanchez wants his family members to be with him when his exit from arsenal is confirmed this month. Inside sources reveal that he is no longer passionate about playing for the club and trying everything possible to convince his agent to make a move in completing the transfer deal without any hitch.
