Justice Tur is of Enugu Division of the Court of Appeal. His wife was reported adducted on Katsina Ala – Zakibiam road in Benue state. She was said to heading towards Zaki Biam when the incident occurred. The gunmen waylaid the vehicle she was driving in and drove away in their escape car to unknown destination.
The incident shocked many people especially those close to the jurist described as a perfect gentleman. Benue State police command was yet to get information about the incident as at press time.
