(LOCAL) Woman Caught Picking Female Panties & Used Pads From A Dustbin In Lagos

 

  An elderly woman has been caught in Lagos picking dumped female panties and used pads from a dustbin in Lagos. When asked why she did that, her reasons didn’t make sense. They however didn’t tell us if she was handed over to the police or not.
