National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu was spotted in Makkah, Saudi Arabia observing the Lesser Hajj.
Tinubu was dressed in white garment, leaving a part of his showing. He was with another party chieftain, whose identity could not be ascertained.
