NUC Releases 2015 Top 100 Universities In Nigeria, University Of Ibadan Ranked Number 1 + Full List Of Best
The National University Commission (NUC), has released its annual university rankings and named University of Ibadan in Oyo state as the top tertiary institution in Nigeria. The body which is responsible for accreditation of schools, put University of Ibadan in first place while Covenant University is rated as the best private university.

Saraki, Ekweremadu, Dogara, Mark felicitate with Christians
The Senate President,
Bukola Saraki and his deputy, Senator Ike Ekweremadu have felicitated with the
Christian faithful in the country as they celebrate Christmas today.
He said this in a
statement by his Special Adviser, Media and Publicity, Yusuph Olaniyonu, urged
Nigerians to use this yuletide season to rededicate themselves to the service
of humanity in line with the true teachings of Jesus Christ which emphasizes
selflessness, piety, brotherly kindness and love towards one another.
