Dani Alves Bids Juventus Fans Goodbye

 

     Dani Alves looks to be on his way to Manchester City, as he bid Juventus and its fans farewell on social media.  No official statement has been made , but it is reported that the Brazil defender has agreed a deal with City. And Alves might have confirmed that, with his farewell message to the Serie A club on Instagram. I would like to thank all the Juventus fans for the year I’ve had, to my team-mates who welcomed me like the professionals they are, for a club that wins and reaches finals,” he wrote.

World's oldest living person celebrates her 131st birthday

   

   A Chinese woman, Ms Alimihan Seyiti, from China's western Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, is believed to be the world's oldest person after celebrating her 131st birthday on June 25.

    IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, arrived Port harcourt, Rivers state yesterday and was welcomed by some of his supporters. Chants of 'Igwe', meaning King in Igbo, rent the air as he made his way to his car. Kanu had a meeting with members of the Ijaw Elders Council.

   Senate would summon Vice Chancellors of 38 Federal universities over increase in tuition fees, chairman, Senate Committee on Tertiary Institutions and TETFUND, Senator Barau Jibrin (APC, Kano) said yesterday.
