Chelsea fine Costa for not training

 
 

    Chelsea have fined Diego Costa two weeks’ wages for failing to return to training as the dispute over his future rumbles on, according to reports.

ASUU strike Begins


     Most Federal government-owned universities were, yesterday, shut as the Academic Staff Union (ASUU) embarked on what it tagged, “total, comprehensive and indefinite” strike.  The national body of ASUU had last week Thursday directed all its chapters in public universities to conduct a referendum on whether to resume its suspended strike or not.

INEC receives petition for recall of Kano House Of Assembly Member, Abubakar Kuki

   

   It seems the petition to recall Kogi State Senator, Dino Melaye, has sparked more as the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced the receipt of a petition for the recall of Mr. Abubakar Kuki, the representative of Bebeji Constituency in the Kano State House of Assembly.

Dangote to invest $450m to agric business in Niger

 

    Alhaji Aliko Dangote, the President of Dangote Group, on Monday said the company would invest $450 million in agriculture in Niger State over the next three years.
