Mexican teacher who brought wireless internet to village denied visa to US to collect award



     A Mexican elementary school teacher who won an award for his efforts to connect an isolated indigenous village to the internet has been barred from traveling to the US to collect the prize.

    Pamela Anderson has urged Kim Kardashian to stop wearing fur in an open letter after they met at New York Fashion Week.
   The Baywatch star-turned-animal rights activist saw the reality TV star at a catwalk show  this month, and the meeting inspired the PETA supporter to write Kim a letter.

    In the letter, Pamela wrote:

   This is an eyewitness report report shared via Instagram with alleged video proof. This happened at Ikeja Along bus stop on Friday at about 4pm. He's a beggar who happens to be crippled but is known to take something in exchange from men who give him money....their manhood.
    He did this to a guy who gave him 1k only for to walk away from him and feel his Manhood disappear...I couldn't video the victim for privacy reasons but here's a video of the begger in question... This is a wake up to all of us...let's be careful about who give alms to.

EFCC arrests Gombe State SEMA Secretary over alleged diversion of IDP materials

   

    Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have arrested the Gombe State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) Secretary, Dr Danlami Rukuje, over alleged diversion of materials meant for the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).
