   According to Thenationsonline, court of Appeal sitting in Abuja on Thursday affirmed Senator Anyogu Eze as Enugu state guber candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) for the Saturday governorship election.

  The Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai, made this known at a meeting with Principal Staff Officers, General Officers Commanding (GOCs), and Commanders at the Army Headquarters in Abuja. Mr Buratai explained that the committee was constituted to ensure that “all cases’’ were thoroughly looked into so as to“dispense justice.’’

    Jimi Agbaje, the Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos State, has denied stepping down for another candidate as widely being speculated. He made this known in a statement released yesterday, March 6 by his Director of Media and Publicity, Felix Oboagwina that he is still very much in the race.  The statement reads:
