Topic- Don't Allow Satan Deceive You (Trem Daily Devotional 28 April 2019)

Topic- Don't Allow Satan Deceive You (Trem Daily Devotional 28 April 2019)
“And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, and cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more…”Revelation 20:2-3 KJV

If you notice in the above passage, he was bound in chains and put inside the bottomless pit, shut up so that he would no more deceive the nations because he goes about with deception. He says things contrary to what God had said and when you buy it, it will manifest. He used that strategy on Eve. After God had just spoken concerning Adam and Eve, the devil came and deceived Eve into eating the same fruit that God said they shouldn’t eat. He said to Eve, ‘has God said’? In other words, this thing that God said, can it really be true? And rather than shut him up, Eve bought it and that resulted in the fall of man.

Topic- Degrees Of Denial (Andrew Wommack Daily Devotional 28 April 2019)

Matthew 10:33, 'But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.'

MATTHEW 10:32-33
This word 'deny' can mean a variety of things from as little as 'to assert the contrary of' to 'to disavow; disown.' For example, we can see that it must have been the lesser type of denial which was committed by Peter because God certainly forgave Peter's sin and continued using him. In Hebrews 6:4-6, the Lord states that there is no repentance from total denial of the Lord (Heb. 10:29). Therefore, even though Peter denied (asserted he did not know) the Lord, he did not disown or disavow the Lord.

And Moses said unto God, Who am I, that I should go unto Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the children of Israel out of Egypt? And he said, Certainly I will be with thee.

Exodus 3:11-12

Have you ever had a Holy Spirit-inspired dream, a dream of doing something really great for Jesus? A dream of being so prosperous, for instance, that you can finance a nationwide revival? A dream of leading thousands of people to the Lord?

At one time or another, you probably have, but perhaps you backed away from it. You thought, Oh my, I couldn’t do that. Satan’s kept me defeated for so long I have a poor self-image.

Who gave himself for our sins . . .
—Galatians 1:4
Years ago King Charles V was loaned a large sum of money by a merchant in Antwerp. The note came due, but the king was bankrupt and unable to pay. The merchant gave a great banquet for the King. When all the guests were seated and before the food was brought in, the merchant had a large platter placed on the table and a fire lighted on it.

Topic: Your Allocation in the Anointing [Seeds of Destiny 28 April 2019 Devotional]

The anointing of God is a blessing connector. It is a blessed thing to carry the anointing of God. The anointing makes a man live an enviable and a fortunate life, and not a pitiable life. The anointing enhances your value and worth.

SCRIPTURE: For the wave breast and the heave shoulder have I taken of the children of Israel from off the sacrifices of their peace offerings, and have given them unto Aaron the priest and unto his sons by a statute for ever from among the children of Israel. Leviticus 7:34-36

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The anointed state is a blessed state.

The anointing of God is a blessing connector. It is a blessed thing to carry the anointing of God. The anointing makes a man live an enviable and a fortunate life, and not a pitiable life. The anointing enhances your value and worth. An anointed person is, therefore, a custodian of the Blessing of God. This means that the anointed state is a blessed state.

Memorise: “Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?”- Matthew 18:21

Read: Mark 11:24-26 (KJV)

24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.

26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

John Forsook popularly known as Mr Ibu is still in shock. He probably wouldn’t have been alive to tell his story if not for God who gave him a second chance to live. Recall that the comic actor made headlines recently after it was reported that he was down with a stroke. Though Mr. Ibu made a video to debunk the report, it was not far from the truth.

According to the comic actor, he was attacked and hypnotized while he was in Nnewi, Anambra State to grace an occasion organized by one of the big shots in the town. In the course of the attack by unknown two men in white apparels, the actor said he became unconscious and later his body was lying on the floor of the hotel, where he was lodged for hours before he was confirmed dead by doctors at a near-by hospital in Nnewi.
