Court Orders Permanent Forfeiture Of $8.4m, N9.2bn Linked To Patience Jonathan



   A Federal High Court Sitting in Lagos has ordered the permanent forfeiture to the Federal Government, the sum of $8.4million and another N9.2billion linked to the wife of the former President, Dame Patience Jonathan.

Nigerian Guild of Editors Deputy President, Umar Saidu killed in auto crash

 

   The Deputy President, Nigerian Guild of Editors (NGE) Umar Saidu died on Sunday, 30th June, following a motor accident on his way from Abuja to Kano. The accident occurred along the Abuja-Kano road. Late Saidu had on Saturday informed his friends and colleagues about the upcoming naming ceremony of his son.

Court orders arrest of Amaju Pinnick, over $8.4m fraud

 

   A Federal High Court in Abuja has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of the President of the     Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Amaju Pinnick and four other officials of the organisation accused of misappropriating funds worth $8.4m belonging to the football body.
