The
Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company ,PHED, says it will cut
electricity supply to Port Harcourt for seven hours daily between Dec. 13th
and 15th 2016 for repairs and
upgrade of facilities.
The company Spokesman, John Onyi, made the
announcement today in an interview with newsmen
in Port Harcourt .According to him, the power outage will start from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. daily during the three-day period.
Onyi said the repair work, when completed, would enable the company to provide improved electricity supply to consumers in the city.
He further appealed to residents to exercise patience during the period.
