1000 Days In Captivity: We Will Rescue Remaining Chibok Girls, Buhari Assures

 
   President Muhammadu Buhari has recommitted the Federal Government to securing the release of the Chibok girls kidnapped by Boko Haram insurgents, from Government Secondary School, Chibok, Borno State.

    The ceremony took place on Saturday, January 7 amidst dancing and funfair. The title which translates to Strength of a City was “in recognition of his selfless political contribution(s) to the success of the Buhari's Government” according to a statement on APC News TV.

Nigeria celebrates Ezeji the legend as he retires

   It came to an end for the mercurial Victor Ezeji when he played in his last game, at the testimonial match in Port Harcourt on Saturday, to end his 20 years of playing football.
Ezeji, a legend of the Nigeria Professional Football League, is mostly known for winning two African League championships with Enyimba, but it his longevity of 20 years that is really amazing.
