       If you've been together for years and you have no doubts your partner has always been faithful up until now, it's worth hanging around.  How soon into the relationship it happens is also highly relevant. The earlier the infidelity, the less chance the couple have of making it. Giving them another chance feels like the right thing to do.

Do you deserve better? Do your kids deserve better?
        If your honest answer is, 'My partner is worthy of us, he/she just made a horrible mistake' your loyalty is probably deserved. You can understand how and why it happened
Was the relationship going through a rough patch? Was your partner struggling with something like the death of a parent or another traumatic event?. If you were put in their situation, would you perhaps have done the same thing under the same circumstances?.I'm not suggesting cheating is ever justified - it isn't - but it does help if you can at least understand how it happened and their explanation of why rings true?

Photographer files N120m suit against 2face & Annie for alleged Breach of Agreement, the Idibia's counter sue

      

    Emmanuel Okolo, has dragged singer Tuface Idibia, his wife Annie, and one Antonio Anifite before a Federal High Court in Lagos in a N120 million copyright infringement suit ‎for allegedly using photographs he took of them at their traditional wedding in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State in 2013, without giving him credit as the owner of the photos.

           According to a report by Channels TV, in the suit which was filed before Justice Mohammed Idris, Emmanuel claims that during the couple's wedding in 2013, he took some photographs and watermarked them using his company name. Emmanuel says that some days after the wedding, Annie contacted him and asked for the photographs which he immediately sent to her. Upon receiving his photos, he said Annie complained about his watermark on the photos and asked that they be removed. He said Annie sent Antonio Anifite to negotiate with him.

Another Building Collapses in Lagos

Tragedy struck again in Lagos yesterday, when a building  at No 9, Alli Close, Mile 12, partially collapsed and killed a 47-year-old woman with several other residents injured, According to an eyewitness, a part of the balcony in the building had caved in, but the residents of the building refused to vacate the place.

      Caffeine is worse than you thought. In addition to increasing your alertness, leaving you too jazzed up to drift off at bedtime, it also delays your circadian clock, the internal timekeeper that tells you when it’s time to fall asleep and time to wake up, according to new research in Science Translational Medicine. The effects are worse when combined with TV or laptop use. When study participants were given a double espresso three hours before their usual bedtime and exposed to low-light conditions, there was a roughly 40-minute delay in their nightly circadian rhythm compared with those who didn’t get the caffeine; when they were given that double espresso and then exposed to three hours of bright lights, there was a 105-minute delay.
