Memorise: “And Jesus stood still, and called them, and said, What will ye that I shall do unto you?” – Matthew 20:32

Read: Matthew 20:29-34 (KJV)

29 And as they departed from Jericho, a great multitude followed him.

30 And, behold, two blind men sitting by the way side, when they heard that Jesus passed by, cried out, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou Son of David.

31 And the multitude rebuked them, because they should hold their peace: but they cried the more, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou Son of David.

32 And Jesus stood still, and called them, and said, What will ye that I shall do unto you?

33 They say unto him, Lord, that our eyes may be opened.

34 So Jesus had compassion on them, and touched their eyes: and immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed him.

Andrew Wommack Devotional 24th October- Expect Persecution

John 15:19 'If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.'

JOHN 15:19
We should not think it is strange to be persecuted. 'All that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution' (2 Tim. 3:12). We can actually rejoice because we are being persecuted for Jesus' sake, and the Lord will be with us in the midst of the persecution. When we stand before Him, there will be more than ample reward.

TREM Devotional 24th October- THE CHURCH IS THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD

Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.”
Matthew 5:14 KJV

I really want you to understand what God is doing in these last days and what the adversary is also doing. It is very important for you to know that the Church of Jesus Christ is never going to lose this war. If you do not believe me, go and read the last book of the Bible. Then you will understand the place of the devil. God is not in contention with the devil. The devil is already a defeated foe. When Jesus rose from the dead, He declared it boldly. No one has ever said that except Jesus.  And no other people have said that except us, who are also the Body of Christ. He said ‘all power is given unto me in heaven and on earth.’
