TREM Devotional 10 December 2019 – PICK YOUR CROWD

“And he suffered no man to follow him, save Peter, and James, and John the brother of James.”
Mark 5:37 KJV

Beloved, learn to put aside everyone that tries to discourage you from your journey of faith. There are some people who will not go up with you on that journey. Put them aside!  In Genesis 22:5 Abraham had to tell his servants, ‘wait here, because you cannot go with me and Isaac to the next level.’ The reason why some things have not happened in your life is that you have allowed some things they said concerning you to affect you and to build a stronghold in you. So, it has become a weight and when you want to pray, you can’t pray. By the authority of heaven, I destroy that weight.

Topic:The Blessing Of Humility [TREM Devotional 9 December 2019]

Topic:The Blessing Of Humility [TREM Devotional 9 December 2019]
''Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.”
James 4:10 KJV

Do you know that, sometimes, shame or embarrassment is a display of pride? It is you thinking that it is all about you, and not about Jesus. Pride always says ‘people have not seen me and because of that I am embarrassed.’ If you are not willing to humble yourself under the mighty hand of God, how can He exalt you? The blessing of humility is God’s grace that covers your weaknesses so that the devil would not be able to destroy you till He completes His work of transformation in your life.

Topic: Faith Must Be Insistent [TREM Devotional 3 December 2019]

Topic: Faith Must Be Insistent [TREM Devotional 3 December 2019]

“But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.” – Matthew 15:23 KJV

Faith must be insistent. If you can believe, Jesus will come through for you. My mind goes to the woman of Canaan that came to Jesus. It is recorded in Matthew 15:21-28. Jesus didn’t answer her and then the next thing He said was that it is not good to give the bread of the children to the dogs.’ Yet the woman kept on coming. And though it was not time for the Gentiles, Jesus had to change the rule. I believe that the rule is about to change for you today.

TREM Devotional 28 November 2019 – Stop The Gossip

“Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” – James 5:16 KJV

If I tell you the things I am going through, would you keep your mouth shut? If I come to tell you where the shoe is pinching me, will it stay between the two of us and you pray about it for me? Sometimes, you tell some pastors your issue and they go on to preach on it or at most they make it a prayer topic. If I tell you my issue, would you cover me, pray with me and help me stand up again? That is what James was saying when he says ‘Confess ye your faults one to another, and pray for one another that you may be healed.

TREM Daily Devotional 25th November 2019- YOU NEED REVELATION OF HIM

“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:”
Ephesians 1:17 (KJV)

There is certain information you acquire that you build into yourself and it would give you stability.  Revelation and understanding will distinguish you and make you separate. At times, when you see some people function the way they function, it is not that they are supermen, it is because they have insight into certain things that are not ordinary. They have insight into some things that have built stability into them. That is why you need revelation for as long as you are in this world.

Topic: You Are Perfected In Christ Jesus [TREM Devotional 21 November 2019]

Topic: You Are Perfected In Christ Jesus [TREM Devotional 21 November 2019]

“For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.” – Hebrews 10:1 KJV

Jesus has been made a High Priest after the order of Melchizedek. The Aaronic priesthood had margins for failure but not Jesus: our High Priest. Remember that the standing of the high priest is your own standing. If he is good, you are good. If he is bad you are bad. If he is perfect, you are perfect. If he is holy, you are holy. If he is just you are just. If he is successful, you are successful. Understand your standing today.

Topic: Not By Logic; But By Faith [TREM Devotional 20 November 2019]

Topic: Not By Logic; But By Faith [TREM Devotional 20 November 2019]

“For I determined not to know anything among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.” – 1 Corinthians 2:2 KJV

The greatest thing that could happen to any man on this earth is to have an assurance that he is in Christ. Outside Christ there is no hope. It is not about going to church and shaking the preacher’s hand. I have always asked myself: ‘if I had died without Jesus and with what I know now about heaven and hell, where would I be?’ Each time I think of it, goose bumps come on me. That is why I thank Him every day. He opened my eyes. The Bible says that the god of this world blinded the eyes of those who do not believe, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ who is the image of God should shine in their lives (2 Corinthians 4:4). The god of this world blinded their eyes and they go about reasoning by logic.

Topic: Follow Christ All The Way [TREM Devotional 19 November 2019]

Topic: Follow Christ All The Way [TREM Devotional 19 November 2019]
“And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.” – Luke 22:61 (KJV)

Who are the converted? The converted are people who have received Jesus into their lives, but they are not following Him. They stop at conversion! They do not go beyond being converted! The moment they received Jesus; their love stopped. They are not obeying the Word. They are not involved in anything.

TREM daily devotional 18th November 2019- ALL YOU NEED IS CHRIST

“Jesus saith unto them, Come and dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him, Who art thou? Knowing that it was the Lord.”
John 21:12 KJV

Jesus told the people what to expect. He told them He was going to be crucified, He was going to die, He would be buried and on the third day, He would resurrect.  But in John 21:3, guess who said ‘Look, we have waited for this man and He is not out, I am going back to my fishing business. A bird in hand is better than 10,000 in the bush.’ Just after three days!  That is what some of us do, we play games with God.

Topic: The Word Reveals Jesus [TREM Devotional 17 November 2019]

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” – John 1:1 KJV

The Word of God is not ink and paper. The Word of God is the Person of Jesus. So, if you read the Word as ink and paper and you have not encountered the Word of God Himself, there can be no change in your life. Only Jesus can produce a change.

Topic: Your Standing In Christ [TREM Devotional 15 November 2019]

Topic: Your Standing In Christ [TREM Devotional 15 November 2019]

“Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.’” – 2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV)

I am glad for every one that has received Christ into his life. If you have received Christ, then you are in Christ. And it is important that you understand your standing in Christ. The phrase “In Christ” is something you will never see before the resurrection. It is a post resurrection statement. The phrase: “In Christ” is powerful.

TREM DAILY DEVOTIONAL 14TH NOVEMBER 2019- GROW UP

“Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all;”
Galatians 4:1 KJV

Do you know that of all the apostles, the only person that died a natural death was John? They threw him in to a boiling pot, but he came out. They banished him to the Island of Patmos because of the Word of God and that was where he received the book of Revelation. The rest of the apostles were killed, they were martyred but this man died naturally.

TOPIC: GOD IS STILL IN CHARGE- TREM DAILY DEVOTIONAL 13TH NOVEMBER 2019

“I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.”
Revelations 1:8 KJV
When you sit down ordinarily and watch the events of life, the situations and challenges, you are tempted to believe that the devil is in charge. It appears as if heaven is silent, but that’s not true. When you read the scripture, you will see that the reverse is the case. Your God is in charge!  It excites me to know that no matter what I encounter, God is still in charge. I am talking about the Almighty. He is the final authority. He is the beginning!  He is the end! He is the first! He is the last! And He is the center. He upholds all things by the Word of His power! Your God is the centre of civilization.

Topic: Believe And Do It God’s Way [TREM Devotional 11 November 2019]

Topic: Believe And Do It God’s Way [TREM Devotional 11 November 2019]

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.” – Isaiah 55:8 KJV

One of the things that hinder believers is that they want to understand things based on their environments. You are not of this world even though you are in the world. If you studied the life of Jesus Christ, you will notice that He walked diametrically opposite to the world. He was not ready to impress anyone. In John 4:34, Jesus saith unto them; my meat is to do the will of Him that sent me, and to finish His work.’ Many of us have limited ourselves because we want to impress people. We want people to clap for us. We want them to say that we are doing it right. So, we try to “make things right” when God intends that we should do it His way.

Trem Daily Devotional 7th November 2019- REASON IN LINE WITH THE SCRIPTURES.

“By me kings reign, and princes decree justice. By me princes’ rule, and nobles, even all the judges of the earth.”
Proverbs 8: 15-16 KJV

I don’t know about you, but I have noticed that the more I preach, the stronger my anointing becomes, the stronger insight in the Word of God I have, and the more ready I become to give out. Every time I open the scriptures, it’s not dry because there is something fresh. It could be something I have  preached before  but because I am  giving out, the law which God Himself instituted kicks in:  “While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease”.(Genesis 8:22)  I am  sowing and so, I must reap.

Trem Daily Devotional 4th October 2019- PAY THE PRICE

“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
2 Timothy 2:15 KJV

If you are not a thinker, you are not reading, you are not developing your mind, you are not studying, and you are not paying the price as you ought to, God can still use you. But it will be limited. Do not be jealous of someone who is paying extra price.  Don’t be envious of someone who is going all the way and stretching himself. Don’t expect that you would get the same result with that person. No, you can’t.

Trem Daily Devotional 3rd November 2019- THE HOPE OF GOD IS SOLID

“Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.”
Romans 15:13 KJV

I want to highlight the difference between the hope of God and the hope of man. Man’s hope is not dependable. ‘Are you travelling in December?’ I hope so! That’s conditional. It is dependent on many things; probably if your office gives you permission or probably if you have money to take a flight. As you are human, there are many elements and factors that can make it not happen. ‘Are you sure you are going to be paid at the end of the month?’

TREM Daily Devotional 1st November 2019 -DON’T DRAW BACK

“Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draws back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.”
Hebrews 10:38 KJV

The just, in other words, every believer and the born-again Christian shall live by faith. In today’s text, God is saying that if you do not live by faith, He is not going to be pleased with you. In other words, if I want God to be pleased with me, I must be ready to live by faith. That is why it is important to know what faith is.

TREM Daily Devotional 30th October- HE IS ABLE

“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.”
Ephesians 3:20 (KJV)

One of the things that strengthens our faith is our knowledge of Him and His ability. The only reason why a billionaire would promise you a hundred thousand dollars and you would believe it, rejoice and testify about it even though you are yet to receive it is because you have judged the person as able to give you that amount. You did not ask for his bank statement or a letter from his banker, confirming his ability to pay. No, you didn’t. Simply because of what you know of the man, you not only believed, you also testified.

TREM Daily Devotional 29th October 2019- ENTER INTO HIS REST

“There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.”
Hebrews 4:9 (KJV)

As the fast is drawing to a close; I want to challenge you to enter into the rest of God. I know it is easy to look around and count the numerous requests you placed before God and get very jittery that you are not seeing the results you desire. Beloved, do not be moved by what you see but by the Word of God. Remember, His Word is quick and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword, so there is nothing the Word cannot deal with.
